Like everything else that is Gather; these classes are about connecting you with yourself and with others. They are a gentle reminder how beautifully we mimic nature.
We set the stage.
We used to teach public classes. In fact. Jess got her start in florals that way. But we kind of felt this icky, mall salesmen vibe every time we posted one for sign-ups. Bleck. Through this we discovered private classes were what our clients were craving.
You create the magic.
Each class begins with a guided meditation. We talk about life. About our past and current experiences. The common threads that make us human. All while we create something with our hands. It provides this even level of love where we are all learning together. Curious about being creative and about ourselves, about one another and the world around us.
7 years running. Our most popular and funnnn class of the year is back. We’ll teach you all the basics of floral design and give you a chance to have a bit of a breather before family arrives. Hosted right here at our studio in Uptown.
Date and Time: Tuesday, November 25th at 6:00PM
Class Duration: 90 Minutes
Take Home: A low thanksgiving/fall palette centerpiece for your holiday table, hostess gift or simply to enjoy. Completed arrangement will be approximately 15-18in in diameter.
The Flowers: Roses, Naked Sunflowers (no yellow here!), Large Mums, Ranunculus and a few other surprise ingredients!

Learn the basics of floral design while we provide you with the space to be curious and creative.
Each student will have the opportunity to create a fresh flower centerpiece to take home. Classes feature our monthly rotating designer’s choice palette in a 5in glass vase and average 15-18in in diameter when complete.
Through guided meditation and insightful conversation, our classes foster a rediscovered and deepened connection with yourself, others and nature.
Time: 2.5 Hours

Classes are approximately 2.5 hours long. We ask that you allot 3 hours to account for parking and pleasantries :)

Your arrangements will be approximately 15-18in in diameter and housed in a clear glass cylinder vase.

Not a thing. We will have all the supplies and flowers you may need to create your pieces. If you’d like to bring a small notebook or pen you’re welcome to. If your group wants to bring in something to snack or sip on, please feel free!
